With 18 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, Event and Project Management, Promotions, Public Relations, and Design, Mel is known for supporting cross-functional teams and motivating others to succeed in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Outside of work, Mel's passion for baseball has been a lifelong journey—from playing as a child to coaching, and now as a devoted Toronto Jays fan. She loves exploring Canada, being near water, anywhere she can enjoy nature’s beauty and cherishes time with her family. As a mental health advocate, she is dedicated to mindfulness and the importance of being present in daily life.
